The Aga Khan University (AKU) Medical College, East Africa, has entered into a coalition with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Kenya Forum to address challenges in implementing SDGs that impact human health. Through the CHOICE Project, an initiative of the Center for Global Child Health at The Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, and the Institute for Global Health & Development at Aga Khan University, the project aims to improve the health and well-being of communities and communities . address inequalities associated with the progress of the health and health-related Sustainable Development Goals (HHSDGs) in Kenya. The Executive Secretary of the Coalition for Sustainable Development, Ms. Florence Syevuo, said: “This MoU with AKU represents an important step towards achieving our shared vision of health equity and sustainable development goals. Together we will work to overcome the challenges that hinder progress towards advancing the health and health-related Sustainable Development Goals (HHSDGs).”
